We love Fillippiโs. Weโve had it a couple times now and itโs been great every time. Always fresh and always on time. One order they forgot a couple things and I called and they made it right and were very apologetic. We will keep ordering here. Best Italian weโve had in a long time!!

As someone who is passionate about food and flavor, I was disappointed with this lasagna. My first bite was overly salty, and the sauce had a sour taste that didn't seem fresh. The portion was also much smaller than expectedโI was told it would feed two adults, but it was only enough for one. For a dish costing over $20, I expected better value. The cheese wasn't fully melted, and I found more mozzarella than ricotta. I would have preferred a better balance of cheeses and a fresher, more flavorful sauce with less salt. The bread was the best part of the meal. Overall, the lasagna has potential, but improvements in freshness, flavor, portion size, and cheese balance would make it a much better experience. For the past 2 days because of your lasagna I have had food poisoning I am extremely sick. Because of your sour meat sauce and whatever else was in there.

I've been going to Filippis since I was a kid, started out at the location in Chula. I live in IB now so I frequent that one now. I normally go to Dominoes bc it's fast and cheap. But when I'm really craving pizza, I order a large "the works" from Filippi's. I went in today, busy Saturday. For some reason my tap to pay was not working on their machine. None of the cards in my digital wallet were working. The short girl at the register was annoyed, not helpful, walked away after giving me the "ugh, you're poor" vibes and made me feel really uncomfortable but then the tall super hot ginger guy stepped in and offered some solutions. He figured it out and I left as a happy customer and got my pizza craving satisfied. I stopped at 711 down the street to pick up a drink on the way home and my tap to pay worked fine! I know the card situation wasn't her fault but that's the kind of attitude that makes me stop being a customer at places. Love Filippi's and Hayden saved the day. That's the kind of above and beyond customer service that deserves recognition. You did forget to give me my Jordan almonds though. You owe me Jordan almonds, Hayden! ๐
